and Tube Heat Exchangers

and builds shell and tube heat exchangers. These units can be all
specialized, custom designed units, or direct replacements. LEV also
designs and fabricates air to air heat exchangers.
Typically
these are manufactured in accordance with the ASME Code requirements.
In addition units can be supplied in accordance with customer-specific
specifications.
All
heat exchangers are offered with full mechanical design complete with
CAD drawings.
LEV
offers thermal design capability for virtually all applications. It
is LEV's preference to participate with the customer in the process
design to insure that a practical unit can be manufactured. LEV also
provides assistance in areas such as cleanability and materials of
construction.
LEV
can also provide:
• Custom
as-built heat transfer replacement parts such as bonnet end assemblies
(single or multiple pass).

New
tube bundles, and tube sheet re-tubes on short turnarounds.
